If foreseen as a part of the urbanistic solution, we deliver the urbanistic subdivision, re-subdivision, development, and construction drawings. Urbanistic subdivision projecst includes consolidating, dividing, or separating parts of cadastral parcels to create building plots for construction purposes. Urbanistic development and construction projects aim to achieve the most optimal land use while respecting the conditions set by higher-level plans.
Conceptual urbanistic architectural solutions are designed with the idea of examining and analyzing the spatial possibilities of a location in the context of the current and future needs of the investor.
The development of conceptual designs represents the most important phase of the design process, as it defines the function, form, and materialization of the object. For developments with integrated interior and exterior spaces, and for commercial developments in general, we work on the exterior and interior of the building, as well as the design of the outdoor space, simultaneously, and from the early stages of the design process, as we regard them as parts of one entity.
