Founded in 1995, KANA is a design & build studio whose practice spans the fields of architecture, urban design, engineering, and construction. With a focus on industrial and commercial projects, KANA’s work addresses the changing needs of foreign and domestic companies on the market and the future of cities.

For over 26 years, KANA has been successfully delivering design, engineering, and construction solutions to its clients. The studio distinguished itself through creation of optimized, rational, realistic, and technologically feasible projects which are made possible by constant exchange of knowledge and experience between the integrated activities of design and construction.  Construction is carried out with impeccable quality and within set deadlines, and budget. Combining practical knowledge and experience from everyday practice helps us especially in the early stages of designing, when conceptual and conceptual solutions are defined and technological and economic analyzes are carried out. The biggest savings on the building, both investment and exploitation, are achieved at the beginning, in the design phase.

We support our clients throughout the administrative procedures related to design and construction. From determining the status of building locations, obtaining land permits,  and information on the condition of communal facilities, geodetic bases, geomechanical reports, and building permits, to conducting technical examination and registration of the building after the completion of construction.

In the past almost three decades of our business, each of the employees has contributed to the development of the company. I also appreciate the contribution of those who no longer work with us, because they helped position the company as seriously competitive in the industry.
