Industrial & Logistics Buildings

A significant area of our work is designing, consulting, superintending, and managing construction of industrial facilities and plants, storage facilities, distribution and logistics centers, and commercial premises.

Frequently, commercial and industrial facilities integrate several different functions that overlap according to the activities and operations of the users. Integrating all the contents into a unified technological and business entity, is therefore a challenge, whether it is a single facility or an entire complex of facilities within the scope of the location.

From the programmatic-spatial layout at the site level, to various dispositions of facilities and different traffic solutions, we explore the location’s possibilities in terms of capacity, traffic circulation, and phased construction.

In the further stages of design, we simultaneously define the functional and formal design of the facility, the structure – from the choice of materials (concrete/steel) to the most optimal disposition of structural elements, and the materialization of the facility. Viewed from these aspects simultaneously, the facility should represent an optimal and rational ensemble.

Extensive expertise in the industrial field accounts for our proficiency in market opportunities, i.e., execution of specific structures (positions) such as: ground filling, prefabricated construction, coverage of facilities with panels, roofing and drainage of large surfaces, industrial floors, loading docks, in-house installation, specific external installations and plants, roadways, and platforms’ arrangement.
